Do not "give away" a guilty plea.
When you are arrested or charged with any criminal offense, a lifetime criminal record is being made. Immediately, you are facing consequences including incarceration and/or probation and financial crisis. Every week, I see people "give away" guilty pleas, thinking that their case will be over with no further problems. Unfortunately, they do not really understand how a guilty plea and conviction could hurt them many times for years to come. The prosecution jumps on your guilty plea since no effort or proof is required to obtain a conviction. The presumption of innocence is given up and proof beyond a reasonable doubt is surrendered. Your rights to due process and the discovery material are ignored. Don't give away a guilty plea until an experienced criminal defense attorney has obtained the discovery material, considered the evidence and witnesses, and determined your alternatives. Call Larry D. Combs now to minimize the consequences.
Use your right to remain silent. Call me immediately (970-871-7400) for help if you are under investigation.

"Over the last fourteen years, I have tried more jury trials than any practicing attorney in the 14th Judicial District (Routt County, Moffat County, and Grand County Colorado including Steamboat Springs, Craig, and Hot Sulphur Springs) with consistent success."
